BARBARA BIALOWAS was born on August 20, 1978 in Opole, Poland. She is a graduate of cultural studies at the University of Silesia (specializing in film) and of a film and TV direction department.

Her film "Landryneczka" was screened and awarded at many festivals in Poland. She received her nomination for the Polish Independent Film Awards OFFskar in 2006 and the "Golden horseshoe" (Audience Award) at the international festival of student etudes at Film School in Cieszyn (2006). As part of the "Russia - Poland. New Gaze" she has completed the documentary "Moscow Wife", which was presented at a number of festival in the country and abroad (USA, Canada, Russia).Her most recent work is a feature Big Love (2012).

EYTHAN TEPPER

is the Director of the Jewish Film Festival in China, he is a space lawyer that have been combine his work as mediator and space lawyers with his true passion films, between the work that he has develop is one of the

curators of the festival, and also have been Jury in other festival, Telaviv Independent film Festival, and others.

SHUIBO WANG

was born in China, on September 11, 1960. In the early 1980s, Shuibo studied visual arts at the prestigious Central Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing, and then taught at the same school as an assistant professor. Shuibo came to Canada as a graduate student in the fall of 1989. He began his career in film assisting world famous Canadian animator Fredric Back on his last film, the Academy Award-nominated The Mighty River.

Between his most awarded works is “Sunrise Over Tiananmen Square” a short film nominated for an Academy Award in 1999. He is one of the founders of the underground art movement in Beijing.
